I’m a mental health professional looking to start a private practice in the US this year. How can I implement ethereum into my business?

I’m looking for any advice/info regarding the use of smart contracts in healthcare, billing/receiving payment in ETH, tax information to be aware of if I do so, etc.

As many master’s-level clinicians move away from insurance panels and crypto continues to gain traction across the board, I have this hope of accepting crypto payments for counseling services (perhaps at a discounted rate?). Are there any pre-existing softwares that small businesses have begun using to collect payment? Any hoops I should prepare to jump through with the IRS?
