FIX for those with a 1650 Super 4gb running into DAG ram problems with Windows 10.

I was using Kapowminer with my 1650 super, Windows 10 and ran into this problem yesterday and couldn't mine. Said the DAG size was 3.23 gb and I only have 3.22 available.

I switched to Trex miner and the problem went away. Try it for yourself.

More info: I am using an older version of Trex miner (t-rex-0.19.10-win-cuda10.0) and an older Nvidia driver (441.20) but I don't think that matters. Including this info in case the newer version doesn't work and you can duplicate my settings.

My Windows 7 rig still works with Kawpowminer because the OS uses less vram in general.
