Thoughts on why I am running so hot?

Currently this is sitting in my apartment closet with a box fan blowing air in. The temp reads 78 F ,but I can't go any higher clockwise without hitting 70. Been doing this a year and been kinda stumped on solutions. submitted by /u/borntobeignored |
