Best place to monitor ETH price, the best time to sell?

I usually mine and just sell whenever, but I know this isn't the best thing to do.
What is the best Android app/website to monitor the price and when should I sell exactly? I know I can obviously choose to sell whatever the price is but what do you guys usually do?
