Is there a way for ppl in NY to buy ravencoin without a vpn ?

I've been using atomic wallet and changenow.io to get my ravencoin up to this point. It seems like they have disabled swapping into ravencoin . Hell, Ill even try a dex if ravencoin is on it hehe. Any help much appreciated, Peace
