Is my miner misconfigured?

I'm new to mining, I am lucky enough to have a 3080 without LHR so I decided to try RVN.

When I'm mining it seems to be doing work on the CPU more than the GPU. How can I check if that's just in my head and how can I set it up properly if so?

I set up based on the wiki instructions and I'm using the official kawpow miner. My temperature on the gpu is staying around 65c but the cpu is also up to 46. The reason I'm confused is task manger shows gpu use at around 2-3% only (While CPU use is a little higher). Shouldn't I be seeing the GPU at least half utilized?

Command prompt tells me I'm averaging 41 Mh
