$350 Swap Fees

So I usually stay clear of Ethereum Defi even tho I hold a good amount of Eth. Lately I found an awesome play and decided to jump in. Made some really good profits and right now trying to cash out. I had left $200 of Ethereum in wallet for gas when it came time to unstake and sell. Wow…. $40 to approve unstaking, $80 to unstake. When I go to swap I dont have enough, $160. I send myself another $120 from CEX to metamask – $15 in gas. All of a sudden a swap is $350… Holy shit. There goes about 15-20% of my profits and I still need to bridge over to another chain. I try to stake again and wait a few more days but wait, I have to APPPROVE to stake again WTFFFF I already approved earlier?!?! another $100. Now I have to either A- Send more ETH to wallet and take massive hit B- Hold my asset unstaked and risk it loosing value until gas goes down and take the hit. Wow I knew gas was bad and thats why I usually stay far far away but this is unbelievable. I know im just ranting and yall probly heard it a million times. Bridging over, buying a coin and staking and then cashing out will cost over $1,000. Unreal
