Used Coinbase Address and funds dissapeared.

Hey guys, today I attempted my first Nanopool payment into Coinbase. Their help desk only referred me to email them directly. So here's to hoping Reddit can help somehow. I used Coinbase's "Send/Receive" option and chose to "Receive ETH". Then I used that address generated in order to receive my Nanopool balance into that coinbase address.

Fast forward 5 hours and nothing.. Etherscan.io says it was successful, but my coinbase account says zero ETH. Did I do something wrong? Is my entire balance gone now? Please help.
