Need help with choosing an exchange and staking

So to start off, I’ve been using Coinbase as my go to exchange but I’ve gotten to a point where I know a decent bit about crypto and am tired of paying the 2% fee on every buy and sell I make. I guess what I’m looking for is something reputable, easy to use, and most of all, has low fees.

Also if you guys have any good articles, links to more info, or suggestions on staking, that is something I’ve very much interested in as I plan to hold the majority of my crypto for a very long time, with only having roughly 10% of it being actively traded and don’t particularly like the idea of my money just sitting there vibing.
