I sent Eth from Binance to Metamask and chose the wrong network

So I woke up and just sent some eth to my metamask account to invest in something I found, but I accidentally chose BSC instead of ERC20. Long story short my eth never arrived, I read that u can actually get that back, but I didn’t manage to find out how. Thanks in advance.
