Potential dApps

With ETH 2.0 coming out, and all of these L2 scaling solutions that are just as secure as L1, we're looking at a 10,000x in terms of scalability, at least according to what Vitalik said on Lex Friedman's podcast. Could we potentially see decentralized versions of Uber or any food delivery app? There might be some centralized aspects, but in general, is any of this realistic? Or is it too early?
