Where to learn about ETH?

I am currently holding about $1000 of ETH and I intend to purchase more over time. But before I make it an even bigger part of my relatively small Portfolio I‘d like to understand ETH better. Are there any video series, books, blogs etc. that you can recommend me to learn about ETH and crypto from scratch? F.e. for a while I thought that Ether not having a hard cap is a problem so I think before getting into more complicated stuff it is really important for me to learn the basics. Though I’m also interested into more technical stuff since I’m in my first year of studying CS and one of my profs already said that blockchains might be one of the most important current innovations in the future (Ig that means that it wouldn’t be too stupid to start studying it).
