Lending ETH

Hi Guys, I am trying to get some extra gain from my ETH. I am researching different platforms and I think the best (and safe) way to get some reward is by lending them. Staking is at around 5% everywhere, but I found some DeFi like OnX in which the APY is higher. LP pairs are not really my jam. What do you think about that? It is the first time I do that, so I want to be sure.
