Got shocked trying to connect 2nd PSU

So I was connecting my 2nd PSU which was connected to only 1 GPU ,I was trying to jump start it , it worked at my friend's house

But don't know why but it wasn't starting for me There was no power coming out of the PSU.

Anyways after fidgeting with it a little bit , I gave up and started to take it apart

At that time the power was off

Also thought of grounding myself and touched the 2nd PSU and got shocked again from it

I got shocked from the Mobo I think Then got shocked while I was trying to remove the pcie cable off the GPU

And then got shocked from the metal things which was sticking out of the on/off switch when the rig got stuck This was after 5 or 6 minutes after removing the 2nd psu and the GPU it was connected to it .

So what's going on ?
