I finally finished tuning my strix 3080 v2 for max mining speed at 51.5Mh/s. On Win11 with trex miner.
There is the settings if anybody is interested.
Locked Core at 1440Mhz
Memory : +1500Mhz
Fan : 90%
Temps: core 49, mem 90
Power: 300W
