Staking ethereum. Which site has the lowest fees to buy / transfer out with a decent return?

I have some eth in cold storage but the current platform I use is gemini and they don't have staking yet.

I'm going to pick up some eth sometime this week and instead of flipping it to CS I'd like to stake it.

Anyone know which platform has low fees with a decent return ?
