First Rig but goes wrong?

Just bought my first mining case and motherboard, couldn't get booted into HiveOS or Windows, so I tried update the bios, now i'm stuck, no video signal at all.

My hardware: Gigabyte B250-fintech Intel i3 6100T GTX 1060

The motherboard comes with bios version F1, works find but cant boot to OS, then I updated it to F2b( download from manufacture website into usb, update from motherboard's Q-FLASH), The entire update was successful, no error message, but after the auto reboot, no video signal at all…

Current state: CPU fan, onboard LED and all the PCI-e slots has power,however all the USB port has no power.

I tried: Use onboard graphic outport(with all pcie unplug)

Use riser on every pcie ports

Use both onboard and risers

Reset motherboard

Switch memory slots…

Any suggestions ? Many thanks!
