Is the Coinmine One a profitable miner for long term (4+ years) ?

Looking to get into low volume Ethereum mining. I have the knowledge but not the time to build a bank of six rigs so looking at a Coinmine One. I don't trust their calculator, so with zero electricity cost, would it be profitable after four or more years assuming a sell price of $8K?
