Buying hashpower

I have some BTC on nicehash from mining that I am going to use for buying some hash power for Raven solo mining.

I currently use one 3090 and get 50Mh/s. I got up to 3% luck with that. Then I bought some hash power and I'm at 8% luck right now. my question is, do you guys think it's better to buy hash power at a lower hash but longer run time. Or a lot of hash power for a short period?

Disclaimer, I'm not trying to get rich quick or bank on mining a block. This is all just for fun. Thanks in advance!
