How Anonymous is Coinbase exchange on etherscan?

When on etherscan looking at transactions I often see what I assume are centralized exchange addresses like “Coinbase 5” or “Coinbase 8”. This links to a typical looking address with usually a boat load of Eth.

My question is since Coinbase is centralized and requires KYC how easy or hard is it to discover someone’s real identity through investigation of this address and it’s activity? Is this something the above average crypto detective could do or would it require the likes of Chainalysis or Coinbase itself?
