Are devops skills useful in web3 ?

Hi all, any advice is appreciated. I'm currently a devops engineer (with software engineer background) and I'd like to get into web3 development.

As far as I understand, in a web3 world, front end development doesn't change much, backend development becomes smart contract development but what about devops/sysadmin ?

Are devops skills useful in a web3 world ? I'd like to stay on the backend/server side of development.
