Were there any noticeable outage’s or problems during this months many AWS issues?

As we know Ethereum runs on AWS ECS, which runs EC2’s. There have been many outages this past month and I’m wondering if there have been any reported issues with the network. Something like ~23% of the ETH network runs on AWS, so it would be interesting to see how the outages may have affected the blockchain, if at all.
