What network to use when withdrawing ethereum from kraken to deposit in crypto.com?

Like the title said, crypto.com asks me to select a network (erc20, bsc, arbitrum, etc.). Apparently you have to check which network the exchange on the other end uses. However I cannot find such info on Kraken. Does it matter which network I use?
