Sent pegged eth from smart chain to eth mainnet (erc20) did i lose all my eth?

I made a huge mistake… I swapped my pancake to eth on pancake swap then sent my Binance pegged Eth bep20 (which I thought was ecr20 eth) from my smart chain wallet to my eth main net wallet on the same meta mask.

Also, I can't find my seed phrase. Am im am screwed or is there something that I can do.
