If crypto is truly going to replace banks, then the exchanges need to start working on providing some actual customer support

I dislike banks as much as the average guy here, but I can’t help but hate how hard it’s to reach out to customer support on exchanges. Sometimes I start to wonder if they even have any support at all!

Like them or not, banks offer their clients pretty quick help if something goes wrong or if they have questions about something. Blocked card?

Meanwhile Coinbase has been ignoring my please to finally address my issue for 2 months now and all Ive been getting are automated replies over and over.

If CEX arent going to significantly step up their support, we wont see them replacing any bank.
