A question that’s been bothering me alot

How do you choose the best solomining pool ? If I go on 2miners solo raven it says that 2miners solo has a luck of 63% guessing because of the number of solo miners , if I use 2miners I get a ping of 58-84 on shares. If I use hero miners I get a ping of 38-43 granted there are only 10 solo miners on herominers , should I choose the lower ping as solomining has the same individual luck % regardless of which pool or is my information wrong ?
