Transaction pending for more than 3 hours when deploying an ERC721 smart contract for my NFT collection.

I didn’t modify the gas fee, but I waited for it to go low before deploying the smart contract. I went with 0.11 eth and now the transaction has been pending for more than 3 hours. I have a few questions:

1. Am I losing the 0.11eth gas fee that I have paid?
2. Is there a way to “cancel” this transaction?
3. What should/can I do?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
