Swapping Nano to RVN?

So I've been mining for a while now but I've never actually had to swap from one crypto to another and I'm a bit confused. Would anyone be willing to explain the best way to swap from nano to RVN on Binance.us or maybe point me to a good source that explains how to do so? I've been looking around for a while now but nothing really seems to be giving me the information I'm looking for.

Do i need to do two seperate transactions where I swap from nano to like btc or usdt and then from that to rvn or is there an easier way to swap straight from nano to rvn?
