“Dropped” transaction stuck. Cannot speed-up or cancel…Help!

This attempted transaction must have been submitted twice, as I have a successful transaction for the same amount. Will this eventually just fail? Going on 5 days now, and I have other transactions queued behind it I would like to succeed sooner than later! Any help would be great.
