Water-cooling & replacing thermal pads, do they help?

And do they help in a meaningful way?

I've done a lot of reading up on 3090 gains with thermal pads or custom loop replacements…

But I'm so far not seeing numbers / results I'm happy with. 92C Memory Junction temperature with occasional spikes to 96C is what I'm seeing.

What I would like to see, staying below 85C while mining on a 3090.

Is that possible?

Or is it just best to say the hell with it because I see know most people have decide to say F it and a year later, after a year of use @ 100C memory junction while mining, the card is fine!
