Optimism Support

Why does Optimistic Etherscan show no transactions for my wallet even though I had done hundreds of transactions? Also I had withdrawn ETH from L2 to L1, I did the first transaction on L2 and the challenge period is over too but when I try to claim my ETH (second transaction on L1) it says it couldn't find the transaction hash.. how can I withdraw my ETH to L1?
