Newbie to mining

Hi

I heard about mining about 2 weeks ago , and I started from that time to mine RVN

there are some Qs I have and I wish somebody has the time to answer them

I'm using my laptop – Gtx1650 4 GB

so I wanna know is it okay to use my laptop to mine ?

and in the long term would my laptop get damaged because of mining ?

I get about 7.6 RVN coins per day is this a good ratio ?
