So this brings up a serious question, how do I convert to fiat?

I realized today when I was a billionaire that I had no idea how to convert my coins to fiat(USD). I was planning on holding for awhile. But in a panic I set up a binance dot us account as I'm in the states, its not verified yet and I didn't see rvn listed anyway so I'm not sure its the right place.

So what do you use to buy and sell rvn?
