Question about a 12 x GPU mining Rig

Hey, I want to build my first RVN mining rig. I have 12 RTX 3070TIs, and a Biostar TB-250 BTC pro. Now I'm thinking about the power consumption. How much Power do you guys think I will need. Would be 3000W enough to power all Cards, Mainboard, Riser, and Fans.

Do you have any recommendations which PSUs I should use? Also if someone has some other tips I would be grateful to hear about them.
