Asus Strix B550-F and 4x 3080Ti’s, only detects 1 card

I just got a new rig set up running 4x 3080Ti's on a B550-F Strix mobo (5600g CPU) and for the life of me I cannot get it to recognize more than 1 3080Ti.

I've tried with above 4g decoding enabled and disabled, I've tried with 1x mode, 4x mode and auto mode. I've set PCIe gen from 3 to 2 and even 1. I've enabled and disabled fast boot and CSM. I've used every combination of slots on the board with almost every combination of the above mentioned settings toggled and untoggled.

And yet I cannot get more than 1 card to recognize in windows (Yes im using windows like a peasant, I know I should switch to Hive, don't @ me)

I'm at a complete loss, does this board simply not support more than 1 3080Ti?

I've seen a post on r/EtherMining where people say that they have more than 1 card running on this board, but they don't elaborate on any settings that they used to make it work.

-4x 3080Ti Gigabyte OC 12GB

-Asus B550-F Strix Mobo

-Ryzen 5 5600G

-16GB vulcan Z ddr4

-250gb Sata ssd plugged into sata 1

-EVGA 1600 G+ PSU

Has anyone ran into this issue or know what I'm missing?
