What is the best way to position yourself for potential arbitrum and optimism token airdrop?

Are they likely or confirm to have tokens of their own? I have heard they mostly will and will airdrop to current users?

If so, what are the things I should be doing to maximize my chances of getting an airdrop from them?

Just moving eth to their platforms and doing some defi, and leaving some eth in the wallets with their layer 2 networks?
