How to diversify portfolio in best way?

Currently I’m just mining straight to raven core wallet and letting it sit, but longer term plan is to cash out 50% each week, and then possibly diversify the other 50% some number of coins for cold storage.

How are people here moving around their mining profits/cashing out with the least lost to fees? Any old timers willing to share some tips?
