Cheapest way to transfer Eth

Can someone please tell me what the cheapest way is to transfer out my Eth?

I know I’m going to get a lot of downvotes for this, but I bought Eth a while back because that’s what everyone else was doing. But I can’t use it, never have. It’s no longer a project I believe in, and just want out. I know 2.0 is coming out, but even if the fees are only $5 or even $0.05 it’s never going to be something that I ever use. It’s to slow and will always have fees. There are other cryptos now that don’t have fees and do instant transfers.

I know that’ll probably piss you guys off. Sorry.

But I just don’t know how to transfer it out cheap, and I don’t know how to check how much the gas is.

I don’t have a lot, less than $500 worth so I can’t afford to have it all eaten up by gas. Been reading here that people having to pay $200-$800 to transfer and don’t want that to happen to me.

Edit: Thanks for everyone trying to be helpful. But guess from the comments there is no actual way. Kinda sucks, my Eth is trapped and unusable at this point 😔. But thank you regardless everyone for trying to help.
