New to mining.

Hello, I'm relatively new to mining and saw that RVN would be a very good introductory. I've ran a few tests miners and one was raven itself, but I was running off of the unmineable pool and I wasn't a big fan of that. I am comfortable running the nbminer but read it was for amd primarily and that my nvidia would not do as well. I did some reading and saw that the kapowminer was really nice and so was the t-rex miner. I feel that T-rex may be a bit easier on my gpu and in general?

I use a Geforece RTX 2060 that seems to do alright mining solo when I'm not playing games.

For my question that I for some reason cannot find the answers to, could someone help me break down this command line a bit. I pulled it from Ravenminer mining software category.

What is the "-U" portion I need to fill out.
"-P" is the pool I know, and I'm fairly certain the alpha numeric code between // and @ is the wallet address.

Thanks for any and all help, I haven't done cmd line coding in years, I know how to read it a bit, just would like some refreshers if it's alright.
