44% adress wallet

Hello ravencoin community. Most of us know that the first adress or the first holder ranked by possession has 44% of the current supply or around 4.4 bilion of rvn. First thing is, who do you think owns this adress I know BitsBeTripin addressed this question on his latest video, but I also wanted to ask you guys, what do you think, will this thing cause any damage or will it centralize the coin or will this be any good for it.
