Are smart contracts and blockchain for law a dead subject?

I have been scouring the net for information on whether there has been any development for legal software on ETH.

So far, I have only seen projects like Openlaw and Integra which seem to have abandoned their goal of implementing smart contracts and blockchain into legal software.

Is this a field that has been completely abandoned?
