3080ti thermal pad replacement issues :(

i stripped 3 screws (i know i’m bad at this i was using the wrong screwdriver) my 3080ti FE only gets 12mhs on rvn and before i replaced the pads i got 50 and i was hoping for 57+ the c temp is way higher but the m temp is way lower. due to me destroying 3 screws i had to use some of the other backplate phillips screws for the torx screws so it’s all a bit sketchy until i get replacements if i have to. everything seems ok but i’m still getting just 12mhs, how can i fix this? i used 2mm gelid extreme. thx
