Creating a liquidity token

I am working on a whitepaper for a token and I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the initial liquidity lock for a token.

Can you create more than 1 pool when supplying the initial liquidity on uniswap? So one for $TOKEN-ETH and one for $TOKEN-USDC? And to take it a step further can you also multicoin pair on Curve like $TOKEN-USDC-WBTC?
