Which Pool Should I Mine On? Also OC Reccomendations: 3090 + 1080Ti

Hello guys. I have decided to take my two GPUs off of ETH and on to RVN. I know the halving is coming so I want to be stacked up for when that happens. That being said, I have been trying to figure out which pool to mine on using minerstat.com but its really not that easy to determine since most of them have pretty huge peaks in terms of returns. AntPool and F2Pool seem to be pretty stable though, but I have no idea if it would be smart for someone like me with 2 cards to go on there. So basically, could you make any suggestion on which could be best?

Secondly, I have a 3090 TUF and a 1080Ti EVGA SC2, any OC recommendations? Any sources or repositories that keep track of such info so I have starting points?
