WETH to ETH

Hello guys, I mistakenly swapped ETH to WETH and I now need to convert it back. I don't mind waiting weeks for the transaction to be confirmed. How should I set up Metamask to swap with a low gas fee? Do I risk losing everything if I set it up with a gas fee too low?
