Help with SushiSwap. Transaction went through on etherscan, but coins did not swap in my wallet.

As the title says, I did a swap on SushiSwap (USDT-ETH (first time) and the transaction approved but the coins did not swap in my Coinbase wallet. I paid $50 gas fee for nothing? How can a transaction be approved and gas paid but the transaction didn’t actually work?

This makes me lose a little hope in the blockchain and ethereum.
