Algorand has taught me DEFI

ETH fees have been too high to 'play' with DEFI for a long time. Either you go in risking a stupid amount of money or you get destroyed by fees. It's like playing your first game of poker and risking all your money.

DEFI apps on Algorand (primarily tinyman and yieldly) let you learn about DEFI for fractions of a penny. You can play with (dumb) meme coins for a few dollars and pay fractions of a penny in fees. I've learned about slippage, impermanent loss, providing liquidity, etc. And I didn't have to risk a car payment to do it.

There are more defi apps in the works (e.g. algofi). I highly recommend Algorand to others looking to dip their toes into the DEFI water. Watch in astonishment as your $1 on Akita Inu goes to $10 and then gnash your teeth as it drops to $0.50! Then remember it's was just a dollar and you've learned a ton in the process.
