Ravencoin in a Dusting Attack?

Out of the blue I suddenly received about 0.005~ RVN. I have < 100 RVN in my wallet so I don't know why anyone would bother with this, but it's still stuff I mined and would like to keep. I disabled it in my trust wallet though I'm not sure what to do from here? Can I salvage by RVN? Is this a dusting attack like I think?
