Is there a Layer 2 (ZK/optimistic rollup) Exchange?

Recently there's been a lot of discussion on the high gas fees on ETH. Is there any layer 2 exchange that uses zk/optimistic rollup? The closest I've seen is Dydx's perpetual trades, but nothing for spot trading. Does anyone know of any or is interested in using one?

I definitely want to be able to buy and then withdraw to a hardware wallet with minimal gas fees.
