Voyager restricting withdrawals to bonus users who have qualified

Voyager is offering bonus' in conjunction with the Dallas Mavs for $100 and the deal was to wait 14 days after trading it to be able to withdraw it and they're not letting any of us withdraw it. My bonus was received on 10/31 and I bought BTC and LTC with it and traded TF out of it. I want to withdraw it now.
